ARE WE AFTER MONEY OR ARE WE AFTER KNOWLEDGE? WHICH COME FIRST?

IN MY OPINION

If you asked me, my answer is “KNOWLEDGE” comes first. It is the Key to everything in human civilization. Without knowledge you cannot excel in anything.

• If you hadn’t any knowledge to drive a car, you will remain a passenger forever.
• If you hadn’t any knowledge to reach your destination, you will be lost forever.
• If you hadn’t any knowledge to lead, you will remain a ‘follower’ forever.
• If you hadn’t any knowledge to develop your rural lands and/or resources, you will remain underdeveloped forever.
• If you hadn’t any knowledge to uplift your standard of living, you will remain retarded and/or backward forever.
• If you hadn’t any knowledge to work, you will remain unemployed forever.
• If you hadn’t any knowledge to make money, money will never come to you.
• If you are knowledgeable, you can become whatever you want to be and/or people will offer you opportunity too.
• If you are knowledgeable, you will be able to conquer your dream and make it into a reality.
• If you are knowledgeable, you create more possibilities, initiatives and opportunities for yourself, your family and for others too.
• If you are knowledgeable, you can be at par and competence like others too.

And it is up to you to keep gaining knowledge.

Knowledge is simply the information, understanding, initiative, ideation, innovation, creativity and skills gained through education or experience (failure and success).

I remember this seasonal phrase “No Money – No Talk” but “Without Knowledge How To Talk?”

HAVE YOU HEARD OF THE RICH GETTING RICHER AND THE POOR GETTING POORER-POOR?

It is true, only because of lack of knowledge. Do not chase the money; go after the knowledge and everything will fall into place as far as the money is concerned.

You can sell your “Knowledge” for money. You can get “job” with knowledge. You can survive without money but not without knowledge.

When you take action with what you learn, than you will know how far you can really go with what you know. And if it is not enough than do not worry about it, just go get more of the facts of knowledge to keep moving forward.

It can also be defined as the state of knowing about a particular fact or situation. A person who is knowledgeable about something is well informed about that thing.

WHY IS KNOWLEDGE SO IMPORTANT TO US?

1. Knowledge is given by God, money is made by Man.

2. Knowledge is better than money. Money doesn’t protect you but knowledge does. And money is depleted from spending, while knowledge grows when you spend it.

3. Knowledge makes rulings, while money is ruled over. Money may buy “love” and/or “soul” but without “buying knowledge” not deal can be concluded.

4. Knowledge makes Man wiser, sophisticated, intelligent and smarter.

5. Knowledge gives us an edge over others who lack it. Take a look at Dayak’s many backwardness scenarios. Have they find solutions to their many immediate problems; NCR land issues, poverty, marginalization, discrimination, miserableness, etc?

6. Knowledge is Key to human civilization and modernization on earth and beyond.

7. Knowledge is in the area of scientific, fiction and technological advancement, which has made life much easier than it was in the past (Nowadays, movement from one place to another can be done in the twinkle of an eye with the aid of airplanes, helicopters, cars, etc. In addition, inter-connectivity has been simplified. One can now connect easily with people all around the world via the internet, telephones, etc. In the area of agriculture, mechanized farming has indeed helped increase farm produce).

8. Without knowledge, we wouldn’t be able to exchange ideas and thoughts in this blog.

9. Having money is good but without knowledge to safeguard your money is worthless.

10. Money can buy anything but without knowledge you buy nothing; how to buy?

Knowledge is the future, because it is what you need to go forward in life. It took knowledge to create, design and make money and it takes knowledge to know how to use it. Financial knowledge is even better than money.

Without money we can still survive; we can do ‘barter-trade’ and/or contra services for assets or hunt for foods. Knowledge enhances our skill. Without knowledge you’re just like living in a “coma”; helpless, hopeless, motionless and useless.
